MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS will do everything to make sure that the information is correct and as accurate as possible, and will take no responsibility for any errors or oversights that may occur.
MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS also reserves the right to change the published information on the website at any time including prices, descriptions, and photos.
Users are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. Accepting the use of this website immediately implies that they have accepted any changes that may be made by any third party, and that the third party commits to complying with these changes. These Terms and Conditions do not affect the legal rights of the user.
2. CATEGORIZATION OF OUR APARTMENTS
The accommodation and facilities of MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS are registered with the official categorization of Republic Croatia – Category of 4 stars.
3. APARTMENT BOOKING
Guest can make a booking through our online booking form, by e-mail: email@example.com, telephone: +385 99 4847665, or partner websites.
Your booking will be confirmed usually within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify a booking in case of abusing the reservation system or if the booking has been an obvious mistake made by the user.
The quests should inform MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS of the number of guests in the booking. Only guests indicated in the booking may enter the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been agreed with MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS.
4. PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION
The current pricelist is listed on our website: www.markizapartments.com/pricelist
The prices are in euros and for informational purpose only.
Prices include the cost of accommodation, tourist tax, costs of electricity and heating, bed linen, towels, shower gels, shampoos and final cleaning. VAT is not included in the price because this service is not VAT taxable.
We often offer Special offers to our guests. This “Special offer” prices are valid for direct booking with MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS only.
You pay deposit to confirm your booking to our PayPal account, unless agreed otherwise.
Balance payment is at check-in and can be made by credit card (Visa, Maestro and Master Card), or cash.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or any changes of reservation must be made via email or phone.
If you cancel up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 7 days, your deposit will be retained.
7. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION
Guests are required to show an identity document at check-in for the purpose of guest registration.
8. YOUR ARRIVAL
Guests should provide us with correct arrival time so we can plan your check-in. Contact your host by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or tel. +385994847665.
If travelling by car, please call us 1 hour prior to arrival so your host can wait for you in the apartment and provide you with the keys and all information you might need during your stay. Also, we will help you with parking instructions.
If you need transfer from Zagreb Airport to our apartments, we can arrange it for you. Just send us your flight number and arrival time, and the driver will be waiting for you at the airport in arrival hall.
Check-in time is between 2pm and 9pm.
You should contact your host about your arrival time.
Check-out is until 10am.
Late check-out could be arranged only by request.
11. INTERNET ACCESS
Free wireless Internet is available in all our apartments. All our apartments have wired Internet connection as well.
MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS are not responsible for potential technical problems caused by Internet service provider.
Children are welcome in our apartments.
Accommodation is free of charge for one child up to age of 6 except in a period of promotions, special offers, etc.
Baby cot is available on request and is free of charge.
13. EXTRA BEDS
There’s no possibility of extra beds in our apartments.
14. FOOD AND DRINK
We don’t offer food and drink in our apartments.
Drinking alcohol is strictly forbidden for persons under age of 18.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR APARTMENTS.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN OUR APARTMENTS.
17. HOUSE RULES
After booking confirmation, all guests agree that they understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions, including these House Rules, and that they will fully follow them.
If guest behaves in an incorrect manner, MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. From that moment on, they will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Also, the guest will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit.
Only guests indicated in the booking may enter the apartment.
Before check-out, the guests are required to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was when they arrived, including to take out their garbage and put it into provided trash cans in front of the building.
LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. In case of a noise complaint, you may be immediately removed from the apartment regardless of the time day or night, and will have no right for claims or any form of compensation.
QUITE TIME IN THE BUILDING – PROHIBITED TIMES FOR RESIDENTIAL NOISE ARE EVERY DAY FROM 13.00 TO 17.00 AND FROM 22.00 TO 10.00. We highly appreciate you respect the privacy of residential neighbors and other guests, and understanding these rule is necessary.
If the guest notices damaged items they shall notify MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS host in order to fix the damage as soon as possible.
For any damage caused by the guest, the guest has to cover the cost of damage to the MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS.
Please use energy rationally (water and electricity).
In case of the loss of keys the guest will contact the host immediately.
It is in our best interest to keep the guests satisfied and immediately resolve any complaints at the location.
The guests can submit a written complaint concerning the quality of our services within 8 days from their check-out to the following address:

or give it to their host at our premises personally.
You will receive an answer to your complaint in writing, no later than within 15 days from the receipt of the complaint.
19. RESPONSIBILITIES OF MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS
MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS will provide accommodation service and take care of interests of guests in accordance with good practices in tourism and hospitality. The guests will be given a reason for any failure in providing services or a part of services, and MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS will offer replacement solution to the guests if needed, except in case of unforeseeable circumstances, adverse weather conditions or changing circumstances. MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS will not be responsible for loss of valuables and personal belongings of guests.
MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the apartment as a consequence of use by the guest. This includes damages, insurance, and any loss due to fire, theft, and misconduct. For any damage caused by the guest, the cost of damage will be charged to the guest.
20. RESPONSIBILITIES OF GUESTS
Guests agree to all requirements set out by regulations of the Republic of Croatia. By booking confirmation guests accept the Terms and Conditions and the House Rules set out by MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS.
Guests are responsible for any damage they caused in the apartment. The cost of damage will be charged to the guest before check-out.
MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS will retain any personal data you provide during the use of our website or when making a reservation via other online booking systems. Personal information may include your name, address, telephone number, credit card number and e-mail address.
MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS uses personal information and other data collected on the website in order to: (a) provide requested products and services (mostly for the purpose of processing your reservation) and, (b) provide information about our products and services.
MARKIZ LUXURY APARTMENTS do not share your personal information with third parties.
Sharing certain personal information with selected partners, when necessary, shall not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computer hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of this site. This allows this site, through its server to provide users with a tailored experience within this site.
