Trams and buses

Moving around Zagreb by tram or bus is the fastest way to explore the city. You can buy your tram or bus ticket at a kiosk/newspapers shop.
The ticket you buy for tram ride, is also valid for a bus. When entering a vehicle, the passenger is obliged to validate ticket, or show travel pass to the driver.
The passenger must show ticket to official person upon request.

You can buy one of these types of tram and bus tickets:
30 minutes ticket 4 kn/90 minutes ticket 15 kn/daily ticket 30 kn/7 day ticket 150 kn/15 day ticket 200 kn/monthly pass 400 kn/yearly pass and yearly card

Cable car – Zagreb’s Funicular in Tomićeva street

The Zagreb Funicular links Downtown and Upper Town with the track length of 66 meters – every day and on holidays from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. It rides are every 10 minutes, one-way ticket costs 4 kunas and ride duration is 64 seconds. The Zagreb’s Funicular is protected as a monument of culture, one of the shortest in the whole world.

Rent a bike

Exploring the city by bike is totally cool and easy!  You’ll find several bike points very close to our apartments.

Next bike – Available at several locations, need to sign up and register before you ride.

Blue Bike Zagreb – Find it at Jelacic square 15. They organize bike tours as well!

Pedaloo– Located at Jelacic square 15. Just choose your bike and start exploring.

Rent a car

If you plan to explore Zagreb’s surroundings, or want to take one or few day trips to some amazing places in Croatia, renting a car is a perfect way to start your adventure.

Also you can catch a taxi just in front of the Archeological Museum, 2 min. walk from our apartments.
