How can I get from the airport to Markiz Luxury Apartments? Is there an organized transfer? 2017-10-10T15:57:11+00:00

First and the most comfortable way is to let us organize for you a private shuttle for an additional cost of 25€. All you have to do is make a reservation for a shuttle and send us your flight number. Also, you can take a taxi from the airport (several taxi companies operate for different prices, approx. 30€/200 HRK). And finally, you have a public transportation as an option – first you have to take a bus at the airport to the Main bus station and then you take a tram No. 6 in direction of city center (tram station is located just in front of the Main Bus station). You get off on 4th tram stop at Strossmayer Square and walk along Andrije Hebranga Street for about 100m until you get to our apartments.

How can I get from the Main Railway station to Markiz Luxury Apartments? 2017-08-23T10:58:13+00:00

It’s very easy and it’s only 3 minutes’ walk! Just walk in north direction along Gajeva Street and when you get to the second crossroad you are there. If you are not in the mood for walking, you can take tram No. 6 in direction of Črnomerec (tram station is located just in front the Main Railway station), get off on the first stop at Strossmayer Square and walk 50m along Andrije Hebranga street to our apartments.

How can I get from the Main Bus station to Markiz Luxury Apartments? 2017-08-23T10:59:18+00:00

Just take tram No. 6 in direction of Črnomerec (tram station is located in front of the Bus station). You should get off at 4th tram stop named Strossmayer square and walk 100m along Andrije Hebranga street to our apartments. Or you can take a taxi (approx. price 30 HRK)

We don’t have a reception desk. Your host will wait for you in the apartment and provide you with all the information you need for unforgettable stay in Zagreb. Just let us know about your arrival time.

Usually check-in time is between 14.00 and 21.00 h. If you plan to check-in later, please let us know prior to your arrival (text us, call us, e-mail us).

After accepting our offer you pay deposit to confirm your booking. Our offer is valid for 24 hours. Upon arrival at check-in your balance can be payed in cash or with credit cards – Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.

All cancellations or any changes of reservation must be made via email or phone. If you cancel up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel later than 7 days, your deposit will be retained.

No extra costs at all. Price includes stay in the apartment, beds linen and towels, one cleaning per reservation, VAT and Tourist tax.
If you stay longer than 5 days you can ask for a cleaning service at additional price of 10€.

We often have special offers for our apartments. All you need to do is book directly on our website and get discount.

One child up to age of 6 stays for free except in a period of promotions, special offers, etc.

Yes, we have a baby cot upon request and it’s free of charge. Just let us know if you need one prior to your arrival.

All our plug sockets are European (220V). We will provide you with a socket adapter if you need one.

For your working hours in the apartment you’ll have superfast WiFi and wired SFTP Internet connection in every room. Also if you need to print some work, we’ll provide you with papers and laser printer.

Please, respect the privacy and rest hours of other guests and neighbors and don’t make any loud noises between 22.00 and 7.00 h.
